On April 19th at 10:45am EST the Sun shifts into the sign of Taurus, we call this Taurus Season. Essentially, for 30 days the Sun illuminates the themes of Taurus energy and invites us to bask in its light.
Taurus energy is associated with life on Planet Earth. This is about our 5 senses and the physical experience of being human. This energy is connected to what we see, hear, taste, touch and smell on the surface of life.
Taurus Season Goes Beyond the Surface
During Taurus Season, it can be easy to get pulled into how things appear to be. We can become sold on the story we hear or the program we are seeing. Not only can this lead to a limited perspective, but it also has us missing out on the subtle beauties and gifts of life on Earth.
As humans, we are not just physical beings. Our dreams, desires, hearts, ideas and other sensations are just as real as what we perceive through our 5 senses. This is a time of remembering the bigger picture and the full expanse of what it means to be alive.
In a time when the world is aligning against an invisible enemy; it’s pretty obvious there’s more to life than what we can see. This could feel overwhelming, which is a normal and acceptable response. It can be scary at times to imagine there are unseen forces at play because we as humans often reach for control to feel safe.
Taurus Season is asking us to remember that the most beautiful things in life cannot be controlled
Like meeting the love of our life in an unexpected way. Or deciding to try something new and having our life change because of it. Or waking from a dream that felt as if we were living an entirely different life.
We are now invited to sit at the drawing board and like architects map out our next creation. Creativity cannot be controlled. Creativity has to be free to flow. Creativity is one of our human superpowers.
Taurus season is reminding us that we each have super powers. We each have the capacity to make a ripple effect and be a force of change in the world. We each have immense value and are special.
However, the 3D reality as we know it might not validate that back to us. It might instead remind us of what’s realistic or tell us our dreams are not possible. The physical world might tell us we don’t have enough money or time to do that. And, if we can’t figure out how to make the money or find the time; we might as well give up. Don’t. Stand strong for what you believe in, carry your truth. Own your superpowers.
Taurus Season: Earth’s Beauty and Abundance
Taurus Season is a time of finding the beauty and abundance that is on the Planet; but to find it we need to know where to look.
If we look to our hearts, to our deeper selves and to our inner knowings we have an infinitely better chance of harnessing our creative potential.
Taurus Season energy is ruled by the Earth and the planet Venus
Venus is associated with creation and beauty; Earth is associated with the tangible realm. During Taurus season we have an opportunity to own the creative potential within each of us. Let’s not underestimate our power; especially in a world that benefits from our disempowerment.
All of this can sound like a lot, but like Earth, simple is better. Reclaiming our humanity doesn’t have to look like saving the world. Instead slow and steady is the strategy of Taurus Season’s energy.
Taking Care of the Temple and Choosing Happiness
First, we have to honour the physical. This does not mean we buy into all the stories we read or the news we are told. Instead, this means seeing our physical vessel as a temple. How much water are we drinking? What types of food are we eating? Are we happy?
This last question of happiness can be a loaded one because the physical human experience has been hijacked. We are told to work hard, to lose weight, to sweat more or to listen up. We are told to comply. Happiness is rarely a priority.
That’s where we can flip the switch and be an agent of change; by choosing happiness. Happiness is not something we can find overnight. Happiness doesn’t have to be complicated.. As we venture through Taurus Season it’s crucial to ask ourselves whether or not we are enjoying our lives.
Of course, we aren’t going to be happy 100% of the time, but it’s beneficial to gauge where we are at because then we can make choices that move us closer to happiness.
Reclaiming Happiness
Humans have been sold on a bogus reality of what it means to be here on the planet at this time. There’s tons of fear and chaos floating around; which becomes easy pickings for those who swoop in to create order and control.
This is why now is the time to take control of our own lives. This starts with reclaiming our happiness. Maybe we don’t know what makes us happy. Maybe we have never felt happy. Maybe we dread the thought of even thinking about happiness because it seems so far away. Maybe there is a little whisper at the back of our minds that is reminding us how much we love to paint. Or read. Or sing.
Finding happiness requires us to listen to our non physical selves. We need to take a step back from the practicality of the physical world and the regulations that control it in order to tune into ourselves. This tuning within could happen quickly or could take a lifetime; remember slow and steady wins this race. We have to become clear on what lights up our heart. If we are wandering aimlessly unsure of ourselves and indifferent to what happens; we are easily herded. When we care about something we are willing to fight for it.
This is not meant to instill fear, but instead shed light on a facet of the human experience. When we take a look at life on Earth as a whole it’s pretty complicated. There are a lot of organizations, institutions, groups, individuals and federations invested in creating a version of reality that we all subscribe to without consent. We are born into it. We spend our lives remembering who we are and untangling ourselves from the constraints.
Remembering Who We Are
Remembering is the name of the game and it starts in the body. Remembering to feed ourselves. Remembering to hydrate. Remembering our joy. Remembering to take a breath.
These simple moments yield a world of abundance. Even though everything can seem so complicated and complex our hearts have a simple request. To be grateful and in love.
This does not have to mean romantic love, but rather a commitment to live from our hearts. Choosing to be a force of kindness and compassion on the planet.
These simple acts make the world of difference. In fact, we are learning that what we choose to anchor into, what frequency we choose to embody; creates the reality we experience.
This is not simply a tool for us to manifest our desires or make more money. This is a movement of consciousness that is shifting every fact of life on Earth.
Taurus Season: True Value
Are we going to buy into the 3D matrix? Or are we going to take the leap into our hearts and find true value?
Taurus Season shares the energy of worth and value. This energy is associated with money, food and other tangible examples of abundance on Earth.
Taurus Season + Uranus in Taurus
Uranus is in Taurus from 2018 until 2026 is shaking things up. What happens when the 3D reality is built on systems that do not hold true value?

Uranus in Taurus is a period of getting back to what’s real and building our lives upon true value. We can look back to times throughout history when Uranus was in Taurus, to get a better idea of how to move forward.
At the peak of the California gold rush, in 1852, Uranus was in Taurus. Humans were learning just how valuable the Earth truly is. Taurus energy represents abundance and wealth, Uranus energy brings in surprises; we can see in the example of the California Gold Rush the unexpected wealth of the Earth.
We are currently experiencing this same transit, could we be on the brink of finding new gifts of abundance from the Earth? Can we learn from history and approach the Earth with respect and gratitude; instead of raiding her for all she is worth?
Speaking of worth and gold, let’s look back to 1933 when Uranus was just about to enter Taurus. That year the president of the United States, Franklin D Roosevelt took the United States off the gold standard.
“On April 5, 1933, Roosevelt ordered all gold coins and gold certificates in denominations of more than $100 turned in for other money. Again, we see a collection of gold; this time instead of taking it from the Earth; the Federal Reserve was taking it from the people. As we are in this cycle of Uranus in Taurus until 2026, we can anticipate a shift in our economy. Like gold, this will be about our connection to the Earth and true value, like we’ve seen in the past.
Be An Early Adopter
This Taurus season, we are asked to become early adopters and make a move towards true worth. We do this by first connecting to what our hearts value. We become sparks of inspiration that ripple out into the world. This illumination has a domino effect.
The potential of a human who is in tune with the physical needs of their vessel and also moves in tandem with their non physical selves is a force that cannot be herded.
It’s a revolutionary act to invest in what gives us value. As our systems shift, fear will come to the surface. In times of unknown that is a natural human experience. Instead of letting the fear chase us away; may we look at it.
Facing the Fears
Look at what’s scary. Get curious. Ask questions. Reach out for help. Look to those we trust for guidance. The more information we receive the more we can see the bigger picture. When we are in tune with ourselves we can filter the information through the lens of our intuitions or feelings; from there we can choose what bricks to build our new reality with.
Above all else, Taurus Season is about being thankful for the planet and seeing her as an extension of ourselves. Getting back to basics and appreciating what brings true value into our lives is the homework.
Have we enjoyed the sun today? Have we cooked ourselves a healthy meal? These simple things are a privilege that are not accessible to everyone at the moment. We believe it will be, because it has to be.
Don’t take things for granted, be grateful. Embody love and become force of love. Reclaim your happiness, reclaim your individuality. Take your power back.
